Concord American Flagpole continues to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and would like to take this opportunity to provide an update.

We continue to remain in full operation at our offices and plants. We are practicing all precautions as we implement new policies and procedures to prevent infection and further spread of the virus. If circumstances change, we will inform you immediately.

Regarding jobsite shutdowns, although we are understanding of potential shutdowns in this environment, please make every effort to stay in contact with both Concord American Flagpole and your customers to prevent undeliverable shipments. We ask that you advise your Customer Care Representative with any market concerns, pending project/order issues, and what may be done to help set Concord American Flagpole & your agency apart in this time of uncertainty. In the event we need to hold an order, we will do this at no charge to the customer until we run out of physical space to do so.

3/18/2020

Please know that we at Concord American Flagpole care and are working diligently behind the scenes to continue to be a great market partner to our representative network. We will continue to maintain frequent and open communication as we move forward in this dynamic environment.

Concord American Flagpole understands the concern and uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and would like to take this opportunity to update our customers with the steps being taken in response to the evolving situation.

In order to protect the health of our employees, customers, and communities from the impacts of the Coronavirus, we have enacted an employee travel restriction until 3/27/20. Due to the dynamic changes in this outbreak, we will continue to monitor this policy and may enact further restrictions and/or policies to protect the company and its employees.

Regarding our supply chain, our CAFP Supply Chain Team has been operating in a proactive capacity to negate potential threats of supply disruptions by the virus. Preemptive plans were in place, and they have been monitoring the supply lines closely, utilizing our diversified supply chain to mitigate delays. The situation is currently very fluid and as it develops they will continue to adjust accordingly to best serve our customer’s needs.

We want to give you the utmost assurance that all measures will be taken to diminish the effects of this virus on our operations. We are doing everything possible to ensure our supply chain delivers items on-time and complete. We have identified a limited number of accessories that could experience longer lead times. To aid in minimizing inventory and stocking delays, we ask that orders be placed as early as possible to allow for any delays in freight and logistics transit times for both incoming and outgoing product.

During this time, we recognize reliable information is more important than ever and will be providing periodic updates as we closely monitor changes. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to serve you.
